• An 80-year-old woman and her 16-year-old grandson were found under the debris of their home in Ishinomaki City, about 30 miles northeast of the city of Sendai, nine days after the earthquake and tsunami first ravaged Japan.  They were hospitalized, conditions unknown.
• Attempts to cool the No. 3 reactor at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant continued, with firefighters dousing it with 2,400 tons of water over 14 hours.
• The Japanese government announced it had found higher than normal levels of radioactivity in spinach and milk at farms about 90 miles away from Fukushima — the first confirmation that the unfolding nuclear crisis has affected the nation’s food supply.
• The death toll officially reached more than 8,100; the final toll is now expected to reach nearly 20,000.  Police officials in Miyagi, the prefecture hit hardest by the tsunami, said they expected the final toll there alone to exceed 15,000.

So thanks to moronic circumstances, i have no roza (Urdu: to fast/fasted/fasting) today. So chances are, i’ll have 6 roza’s to make up after Eid, counting 5 from those doomsday periods i’ll be having at some point.

I’m just really angry with myself, because it just feels so wrong. I’ve been fasting before i knew how to pray (which was when i was 14 or 15 by the way), so this is the only that actually connects me to my religion better than most things -_-

For those of you who haven’t been on my blog for awhile, I’ve added more stuff to the index, changed up certain things, added 2 new pages: one with a few HTML tutorials (i’m no expert, but i like to share what i know, also i’ll regularly update that page) and another named Bookie, about my obsession with books (dwindling obsession is more like it).

thank you! i hope i do..flu/fever or not, i’m still going to school tomorrow, and its not that serious, although there is a whole Dengue scare thing going on here :S Either way, i have a habit of popping pills like its nobody business when i’m sick, i can’t stand a flu without any sort of pharmaceutical assistance xD

Seriously?! Which book? We just finished chapter 1 of Environment of Pakistan by Human Niaz Sethi, and we have a test of ch#1 on Thursday, which is why i’m posting this stuff here, for quick notes/referencing.
